Some content belongs to others. Some photos and video on the site are licensed from Unsplash and Pexels and belong to their creators, and the people shown in them are not our clients or staff. Open source software and fonts used on the site, including the Inter typeface, stay under their own licenses. Names and logos of other companies, including the apps and services named on our pages, belong to their respective owners, and showing them does not mean those companies endorse us.

You may view and share pages from the site for personal or internal business use, as long as you do not change them or remove any notices. This permission is limited, nonexclusive, and nontransferable, and we can withdraw it at any time. Any other use, including copying, selling, or creating works based on the site, requires our written permission. We keep all rights that these Terms do not expressly give you.

Descriptions of our services, including custom builds and forward deployed engineering, are general information too. The examples on this site show the kinds of systems we can build, not work for any particular client.

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, a quote, or a promise to deliver any product or service. The scope, timeline, and cost of each build are agreed in writing before work starts. Use of our products and services is governed by separate written agreements, not by these Terms, and if one of those agreements conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.

General information, not professional advice

Content on this website, including examples about professional firms, clinics, logistics, accounting, and other kinds of businesses, is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

Messages you send us

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute related to these Terms or the website will be handled only in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you and NAU Labs consent to their jurisdiction. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Nothing in this section takes away rights that consumers have under the laws where they live.

General terms

• Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and NAU Labs about the website. Separate written agreements govern our products and services.
